Outdoor exploration daily • Rain or shine

A group of children and a woman sitting in a circle outdoors on grass, engaging in a nature-themed craft activity with leaves and natural materials around them, in a park with trees and sunlight.

Sacred Roots is more than a summer camp. It is a heart-led space where children are supported in building confidence, emotional awareness, self-trust, and inner connection.

This camp is designed for kids who feel deeply, notice a lot, and naturally care for others. It offers support in understanding emotions, protecting and clearing energy, and learning not to carry what isn’t theirs. At its heart, this camp helps children remember who they are and reconnect with the magic already living within them.

What Children Will Experience

At Sacred Roots Camp, children will experience:

  • Daily intention setting and reflection

  • Emotional awareness and regulation tools

  • Grounding practices

  • Meditation journey to meet their Power Animals

  • Outdoor exploration and nature connection

  • Journaling, art, storytelling, and many games

  • Confidence-building and leadership support

  • Gentle grounding practices rooted in self-trust

  • A personalized Toolkit to take home

  • And most of all, FUN, LAUGHTER AND JOY!!!

Perfect For The Child Who…

Sacred Roots is especially supportive for the child who:

  • Feels deeply and is sensitive to the world around them

  • Is intuitive, imaginative, or naturally reflective

  • Often supports others but needs tools for themselves too

  • Has natural leadership qualities and building confidence

  • Would thrive in a space where being unique is celebrated

  • Has “old soul” vibes

Our Daily Rhythm

Each day begins with intention setting and ends with a gentle wrap-up.

Children will enjoy a morning snack break, a one-hour lunch break, daily outdoor time, and a mix of movement, creativity, play, reflection, and rest.

Kids should come dressed for the weather, as we will be outside every day, rain or shine.

A Note on Spirituality

Sacred Roots welcomes all backgrounds and beliefs. Children are invited to connect in ways that feel right for them and their family. Whether that means God, Spirit, Allah, Creator, Jesus, Buddha, nature, angels, ancestors, science, or simply their own inner wisdom, each child is encouraged to explore connection in a grounded, respectful, and supportive way.

What They Leave With

By the end of camp, children leave with more than memories. They leave with tools.

They leave feeling more confident in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more connected to their inner world. They gain practices to support emotional regulation, confidence, self-trust, and wellbeing long after camp is over.

Each child also creates their own personalized Mindfulness Toolkit: a collection of reminders, practices, and supports that feel aligned for them.

If your child is sensitive, soulful, curious, or ready to reconnect with their confidence, Sacred Roots Camp offers a beautiful place to grow, play, and shine!

What Sacred Roots Is

A yoga or meditation class taking place in a room with large windows and an autumn view outside. Five people are lying on yoga mats, resting or relaxing. A woman is sitting in front, engaging in sound therapy with crystal bowls. The word 'rest' and the phrase 'reflect. reset. reconnect.' are overlaid on the image.
A circular arrangement of flowers, feathers, and decorative stones on a textured surface, with a central display of small figurines, crystals, and natural objects. The words 'connect' and the phrase 'Nature. Intention. Magic.' are printed at the bottom.
A wooden table with a paper plate featuring a drawing of a fish and the words 'Sturgeon fibb,' various heart-shaped notes with messages, a small wooden box with bottles, and decorative dried flowers and eucalyptus leaves.
